Faceted Pink Tourmalines are bezel-set in fine silver granulation at the four cardinal points of this Quadrant band. Using graduated granules radiatting from the center line gives this pattern an organic feel.

Granulation is a controlled fusing process that has been utilized for thousands of years. This unique surface will get more interesting with wear. The components, sheet, wire and granules are made in my studio all from a fine silver ingot with a rolling mill and draw plates. The granules are individually placed and fused with a mouth torch.
