Shipping Information

 I now offer several shipping options via USPS. Your item will be shipped via USPS within 1-5 working days after payment clears. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification from my website with your USPS tracking number.

Changes or resizing items can take up to 3 weeks.

Special projects can take anywhere from weeks to months depending on the project and how busy I am so please plan ahead.

If you are outside of the US, please contact me and I'll let you know your shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any customs that may apply to international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return the product, in the same condition you received it - within 14 days by sending it back via USPS and INSURED FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Once it arrives - you will receive a full refund, with a reduction of the shipping costs and fees.

Custom orders and resized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
